This fully-automatic 10-120 ml line is purpose-built for Chubby Gorilla bottles, delivering flawless filling of vegetable glycerin, hemp oil or essential oils. Four to twelve servo-piston heads dose under negative pressure with ≤±1 % accuracy—no foam, no drip—while a magnetic-torque capper secures droppers or child-proof caps at ≥98 % success. Bottles are automatically unscrambled, filled, capped and labeled in one compact footprint (L2500×W1500×H1850 mm, 2.2 kW). PLC & HMI store recipes for 90-second changeovers, 3,000-3,600 bph output. Direct factory, free remote commissioning, two-year warranty—the smart upgrade for clean, high-speed packaging of e-liquids, aromatherapy and CBD products.

The Automatic 10ml 120ml Small Bottle Liquid Vegetable Glycerine Oil Spray Eye Drop Vial Dropper Essential Oil Filling Machine is design for filling different material into vial bottle or small bottles from 1-500ml.
The filling machine High precision cam provides a regular plate to position and cap; accelerating cam makes capping heads going up and down; constant turning arm screws caps; peristaltic pump measures filling volume; and touch screen controls all action. No bottle no filling and no capping.
The filling machine is control by touch screen, you can adjust the filling volume directly.
The small bottle filling machine enjoys high position accuracy, stable driving, precise dosage, and simple operation and also protects bottle caps.
