This automatic grabbing-type seamer secures plastic or tinplate caps onto plastic and glass bottles with precision. Servo bottle separation, dual-grip belts and a synchronized cap-gripper guarantee straight-line stability; closed-loop torque control prevents stripping or breakage. PLC & touchscreen allow bottle/cap changeover in 90 s without tools. Built in 304 stainless steel to GMP standards, it runs up to 120 bpm—ideal for food, cosmetic and pharma high-speed lines.
