This fully-automatic, innovative and reusable OEM HDPE ice-bag/box/brick filling line integrates automatic bag feeding, servo dosing, ultrasonic or heat sealing, check-weighing and reject in one frame. Servo-piston pumps dose water within ±1 % for 0.2-2 L HDPE pouches or rigid bricks; no-bag-no-fill & no-lid-no-seal logic stop leaks and waste. Quick-change tooling enables size switchover in 3 min. Built in 316 L stainless steel with IP65 electrics, CIP/SIP ready, it meets HACCP & FDA. Running 30-40 bags/min for 24 h, it is the ideal upgrade for cold-chain, e-grocery and pharma temperature-controlled logistics, delivering efficiency, sustainability and cost reduction
