E-Liquid Filling Speed Hits a New Milestone! New-Generation Filler Reaches 8,000 Bottles Per Hour

To meet the rapidly changing market demands and enhance production efficiency for our clients, we have upgraded our e-cigarette oil filling technology once again. The single-machine capacity has been increased to 8000 bottles per hour, and the machine is fully compatible with all bottle types from CHUBBY GORILLA. This advancement significantly boosts the competitiveness of our equipment and marks a major breakthrough in the e-cigarette oil filling sector.

The production line consists of an automatic bottle unscrambler, filling and capping machine, labeling machine, cartoning machine, and BOPP film packaging machine. The bottle unscrambler features a centrifugal turntable screening function for more efficient bottle arrangement. The filling system employs high-precision ceramic plunger pumps and servo drive systems, stabilizing the filling error within ±0.5%, which is superior to the industry's common ±1% standard.

This new generation of e-cigarette oil filling machines also includes additional technical highlights. It supports seamless switching between dual pump sets, enabling non-stop cleaning during production and rapid switching between different flavored products. This effectively addresses the efficiency bottleneck in multi-variety, small-batch production. The machine is also equipped with a vision inspection system that can automatically identify and reject products with missing plugs, abnormal liquid levels, faulty capping, significantly increasing the product pass rate and ensuring safer production!
