This production line is mainly used for fully automatic assembly line operations of 5ml-100ml spray products. The work flow is that empty bottles enter the fully automatic bottle unscrambler → filling and capping machine → labeling machine → completed.

The biggest advantage of the entire line is its linear connection, compact structure and small footprint. The filling adopts multi-channel peristaltic pump or ceramic plunger pump, which has no pulse phenomenon, no dripping and no splashing. The falling valve has a rotating and tracking type upper plug and a progressive press-in structure. The falling valve is stable and the pass rate is high.The frame of this machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the liquid contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel and PTFE materials, which meets hygienic requirements.

The entire line adopts PLC fully automatic linkage control, human-machine interface setting parameter operation, and frequency
conversion speed regulation. In addition, there are no bottles, no filling, no falling valves and screw caps, completely
eliminating the problem of product and equipment contamination.

Bottle feeding table：
